I received these from Daniela-Finland this week. I adored them instantly. She paid attention to my member profile and hit the nail on the head! Thanks so much for taking the time to stitch these for me! I hope to continue our online friendship as well!

Spring Squares from Karen R

These arrived in the mail a couple weeks ago but I just now got around to getting their picture up...

I love what she stitched for me!  I don't know if it shows up, but the apples and the bunny's tail are done in French knots.  They add a different bit of texture to the whole design.

I'm going to combine these with the previous seasonal rounds and finish them off into some kind of something...probably a wallhanging.

...I let Carolyn L. know that I had received these but I wasn't able to post pics until today. Look at the lovely Spring squares she sent me. Isn't this a cute robin? I always love to see the robins appear in springtime, so it truly is a perfect square for me. Thanks, Carolyn!

I received this beautiful Chatelaine design from Jenn F along with a skein of her own hand dyed thread in daffodil which, of course I forgot to include in the photograph! Thank you, Jenn, I love my violets which I photographed on some violets in my garden! Jenn sent a single piece of fabric which is why I did not photograph the back.

These are some squares I sent off to Western Autralia.....They are overdyed silks on Evenweave. The pattern is an adaptation from the Antique Pattern Library and I think the swirl of the flowers lends itself beautifully to overdyes.
