Round 8 squares received from Jen

Here are the squares I received from Jen. I love the autumn colours and her stitching is beautiful! Thank you Jen, I can't wait to make them into a Pinkeep. I will have to go to the fabric store and pick out some nice fabric.

Jen

I received your beautiful "Autumn Treasures" square today and I love it! I will post a picture tomorrow as I am too tired right now to even think straight. It's off to bed I go.

Needle Necessities Floss

Not sure if I'm allowed to do this or not but I need NN 189 - Kismet for a chart I bought a few years ago. You can read the details on my blog:

If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

What size???

I know the rules say the squares should be 6 x 6 inches and no smaller. I cut a piece of 32 ct. jobelan evenweave 6 x 6 inches but there is no way I can get it in a hoop unless I use a very small hoop and I cannot fit it on a q snap hoop.

What size are your squares when you are working the design and what size are the squares when you mail them out? From looking at all the pictures of the finished squares, they appear to be larger than 6 x 6 inches. I don't want to goof up on my first exchange so any feedback is welcome.

Introduction

Hi everyone

Thank you Vonna for allowing me to join the fair and square group. I am looking forward to participating and stitching something very soon.
I am 58 years old, have been married to my best friend for almost 36 years. We celebrate our anniversary on July 15th. I have been stitching off and on since 1980 when a friend taught me. I enjoy stitching while watching TV and on my lunch time at work. I also enjoy knitting and beading. You can see some of my work here: http://oma-idratherbecrafting.blogspot.com/

I am looking forward to getting to know everyone.
