Yesterday I received these beautiful wintery squares from Jane!

The design is called Holly & Berries, stitched on Dirty Linen using DMC threads. I love them Jane! I was going to stitch this same design! Thanks so much for a wonderful exchange!

Makes the day that much brighter doesn't it?! Cindy F, stitched these gorgeous, stupendous squares for me 1 over 1 (!) they are taken from the 8/2008 "The Cross Stitcher" Magazine...aren't they beautiful! Cindy couldn't have stitched anything better for me :)

Hey Everyone!!
I'm a new member to this group and I'm very excited! I'm 49 and live in Texas with dh and precious puppy. I have a 25 yr. ds whom I love more than life :) and he lives 4 hrs away...too far! I've cross stitched over 30 years, keeping little for myself:) I also love to scrapbook, cardmaking, crocheting, sewing, quilting, reading and shopping @ antique stores and flea markets! My favorite is cross stitching.

I have been following this site since June, when we moved. Finally got up the courage to request membership. Everyone's work has inspired me, more than I can say! I love seeing your pics and hearing your stories. I can't wait to get started:) I'm hoping to help out with RAK request.
