Squares received!

What a great surprise returning from a trip this week ... the squares from Laura K. were in my mailbox.

She sent me some great threads, a wonderful chart and some fruit drops ... which are definitely coming to the ship with me. Here are the squares she sent me.

They are from "The Lighthouse Sampler" by By The Bay Needleart. They are absolutely perfect because I love lighthouses. I think it might be turned into a cube or something of the sort to go in our living room (which has a nautical them). Thanks Laura. Glad you like the squares that I sent you.

Squares from Danica

I received these precious squares in the mail from Danica on Monday, but this is the first opportunity I have had to come here and post the pictures. They are from a Mary Engelbreit design and they are perfectly adorable. The cherries are so sweet.

In the package there were also all these wonderful Mary Engelbreit goodies! I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much Danica!

Yesterday, these lovely squares from Nancy K. arrived. She stitched this lovely LHN design one over one with a lovely shade of rose. I just think they are so delicate and pretty. She also sent some flosses in cheerful spring colors. Thank you so much Nancy!

I'm so sorry it's taken me this long to post about receiving your wonderful exchange. I couldn't remember the email address I used for posting here, and was thinking that I had fallen off the groups member list. Tonight brought success, and I wanted to let you know the house you stitched for me arrived on Saturday, and I absolutely love it! The shortbread and candies are delicious, too!. Thank you so much! Squares from Ruth

Yesterday, the postman brought these delightful squares from Ruth. They are perfect and I just love these colorful birds. Isn't the signature square beautiful? She also sent lots of lovely flosses...some Six Strands Sweet and GAST in soft spring colors. And to top it all off, a Mary Engelbreit card. I am a big fan of Mary Engelbreit. Thank you so much Ruth!

Lucky ole me came back from holiday to piles and piles of office mail and a wonderful pack from Laura.... thanks, Laura, for improving my mail bins no end!

Check out those adorable sheep in the yard! She also included Elizabeth Designs' Ole Stone Church leaflet and some Weeks. I tell you, it was just what the doctor ordered for starting out the year!

..... your squares would have left, but I ended up one thread off and terribly peeved. I'll either do a lot of ripping on the plane today or redo the back square tomorrow and mail your squares on Monday. I'm very sorry, but the evil frog conspired against me! I hate frogs!!!!
