Finished Squares from Julie (Round 1)

I finished my squares from Julie about a month and a half ago. I hadn't been able to post a picture due to my mom having some health issues.

I chose to finish Julie's squares into a cube. I love this finishing technique. It was my first time, but I plan on many more!

Lesley's Blocks Received!

Lesley's blocks have been received! Lesley stitched me a quilt themed block that called for speciality stitches. They are beautiful! Included with the blocks were some threads, fabric, a Just Nan pattern and postcard and pen from Leicester. Thank You Lesley! I love my blocks!

Blocks for Julie

Well, my blocks for Julie were posted at lunchtime today. Julie - I really hope you like them!

I'm not going to sign up for round 3 as I've not been feeling so well over the last few weeks and I think I'm going to be a bit preoccupied with that for a bit longer, so I'm dropping out of the exchange for now.

I will keep watching to see what everybody's up to and hopefully join again at some point.

Sue finished her gorgeous blocks from Lin into this beautiful pin keep. The picture doesn't do the piece justice. Both the stitched blocks and finishing are incredible.

My squares went out into the mail today. I have been waiting on goodies to come in the mail from my ONS so I could send them along, but the goodies still have not arrived. I'll be sending a separate package to Julie soon!

Hello fellow exchangers! Its so very nice to meet those of you I don't know and visit with those I do.

I'm going to be stitching my piece on a stiff piece of linen as that is what I'm most comfortable with right now and even though I'm new to linen, I'll do my very best to stitch something lovely for whoever I'm paired with.
