Imagine having a really bad day at work, and coming home to open these:

Makes the day that much brighter doesn't it?! Cindy F, stitched these gorgeous, stupendous squares for me 1 over 1 (!) they are taken from the 8/2008 "The Cross Stitcher" Magazine...aren't they beautiful! Cindy couldn't have stitched anything better for me :)

Halloween Replacement squares have arrived!

Thank you so much Vonna! Their great! I was completely surprised and what perfect timing since today is Halloween. :)

Today I have mailed out my Round 10 squares to Joan S AND my Xmas Round to Jennifer B. I hope they arrive swiftly. I wanted to get them out before all that holiday package sending.

I've been feeling a little under the weather lately so I didn't get these posted promptly, but Vonna knows that they arrived safely. These are my Round #7 squares from her. She sent a pack of needles and some beautiful floss to round out the package. Thank you Vonna!

I got some SUPER lovely squares from sweet Cathy B today for Round #7. Cathy knows me so well as far as my tastes goes...these are PERFECT and I will love finishing these beauties up to display in my home.

Cathy also sent me some lovely marbled DMC scissors I've been lusting after, some pearl headed pins, some skiens of DMC Variations and a chart from my wishlist. Cathy you spoiled me and I loved every minute of it! THANK YOU!

Earth Day Square from Vonna

At last I am able to post photos of the great exchange I received from Vonna. I love the squares - a design by Country Cottage Needleworks which along with Little House Needleworks are my favorites at the moment. The thread is Crescent Colours and fabric Sassy's Fabbys Sugared Coffee.
I really appreciated receiving the other goodies too - all which are becoming harder to get in Australia. Many thanks Vonna and keep up the good work.

Look at these lovely Prairie Schooler Birds squares that dear Marg F. sent to me! And all the bounty as well...I got a lovely Bottle Brush plant handkerchief, some lovely floss, two charts and a thread counter made by Marg herself! Thank you so much Marg, I LOVE them and did you know that Robin's were my FAVORITE bird?! Love them :)

Next I would like to post pics of a finish! Last month I was unable to take pics of Vonna`s squares since I had to get a new cord, lost in my move.... BUT I did happen to work the squares into a biscornu in the meantime, and I wanted to share! Thank you Vonna, I love my squares, and all of the treats that you sent as well! The pattern is a freebie from Casey Buonaugurio`s site :)
