Round #19 from Linda B

I've been trying to catch up with some of my online blogging activities, particularly posting. Sometimes chasing a 1 year old around is not the best way of keeping focus on my own projects and a few things have fallen through the cracks. I am, however, making a conscious effort to get things caught up, starting with posting on this blog.

My partner for Round #19 way back in June was Linda B. Linda not only sent me these beautifully stitched squares, but when she saw that I had collected most of the rest of the fruit series, she asked if I had something special in mind with them. I told her that I had planned on stitching them over one, possibly as a bell pull for our kitchen, so in addition to the chart, she included the rest of the floss from the kit. Thank you, Linda!!!

I forgot to post the pic of my F&S round #19 from Nadia. Nadia stitched the LHN ornie of the month, the red house one. Kind of funny as this was the next one of the series i chose to stitch and now i do not have to. :) Thanks again Nadia! I love my squares!

Round 19 received from Jennifer

Jennifer and I delayed our exchange so I could get caught up and she and her family went to the beach!!! My great Sew Nautical squares are here - she did this 1 over 32!!!!! I have long wanted to do this design but doubt I would have attempted 1 over 32. Thank you thank you Jenn for stitching this for me. Jenn and I both love lighthouses - and the color blue. Super exchange.

Spot of Spring Square

I love it, love it, love it!!!

I was going to stitch this one cause I love the

robins

and their fat tummies.

Also March is my birth month

and it has daffodils in the stitched piece.

When I first looked at it,

I didn't

have my glasses on and it was backwards

but it looked just like the front.

Great job of stitching is what I am

trying to say.

Thanks you so very much for this beautifully

stitched work of art with a needle.

I will cherish it always.

I just went and bought Spot of Summer

and Spot of Fall.

Will get Spot of Winter

next payday.

Signups for the Round #19 are now open through April 30th. This Round will run from May 3 through June 14.
