Posting Pictures

Dear Fair and Square Members,
Please remember that when you receive squares from your partner, that you:
1.) e-mail them (your partner) to let them know that you received and
2.) in a timely fashion (I'm not talking immediately but within a day or two), please post the pictures of your received squares to the Fair and Square Board

Please note: I'm no longer keeping track of who's sent and who's received in the side bar because that made people nervous....but I AM keeping track in my notebook at home. The only way I can do that is if we all communicate by writing to this board when we send, receive and posting a picture of our received squares.

If you don't post a picture, it may hurt your partners feelings! Think of it this way...they have worked hard for you...they've thought about what to stitch for you, they've stitched it, they've sent it away and they are waiting....and waiting....and they don't know if you've gotten them yet or not and then if they do know you've received them, and you don't show them off with our fellow Fair Squarer's then they think you don't like them. Please, please, please post the picture of your received squares to this blog. If you can't do it, then please let your partner know this and maybe they have a picture they can post for you. (for example look how Margaret G. and Annemarie worked together to get a picture up of Annemarie's lovely squares posted to this board - that's what I'm talking about - teamwork and communication! Well done ladies!).

For those interested, this is all listed in the rules for Fair and Square, which I know everyone was supposed to have read and understood, when they were signed up. I'm not trying to be hard-nosed about all of this but in the past week I've had no less than 3 e-mails concerning people and posting pictures, posting received/sent information and various other issues. It makes it so much easier for me and us all if you can post your information to the board. This is a VERY successful exchange and communication is key to any successful venture. And any successful exchange board out there asks its members to do the very same steps - so it's just not this board. You all are members to this blog because you can post to it. So let's get to posting and sharing our information.

My appreciation for everyone's attention to this matter!
~Vonna
