After a long (12 hours!) day of classes, what a wonderful surprise to come home to--a fun filled box from Australia! Stacey sent me the cutest pic of a koala bear--how cute! She also sent some yummy chocs (timtams are sublime!). Best of all, of course, are her lovely squares! Cows are my "thing" and this one is just too cute. Beautifuly done, too! Haven't decided how I will finish it, but it will go in my purple cow office for sure. Thanks, Stacey! Hope you get my box soon.Teresa

Tim tams are the most addictive thing I've ever had! Good thing they're not sold here as I ate 3 before dinner!
Oooh, did you try the Tim Tam Straw? You bite off both ends, then stick one end in your coffee (or hot chocolate or whatever) and suck the hot drink up through the middle, and then shove the Tim Tam in your mouth before it melts into mud and falls into the cup. Yummy!
