I Guess I am a Little Rusty at This...

PATRIOTIC EXCHANGE PARTICIPANTS:
In my initial mailing about this exchange, I stated that the round would run from June 16 thru July 11. This is only 4 weeks. Rounds are to run 6 weeks, according to the rules. Because there was a holiday and alot of people are vacationing, I would propose that the exchange date be changed to June 16 thru July 25. I apologize for this and any inconveniences it may have caused.

OUR NEXT EXCHANGE
The next round will run roughly August 11 through September 19, with sign-up 2 weeks prior to that. I am looking for suggestions on what kind of round you would like to have. A specific designer round, a themed round or just a "pot-luck" round. I am open to any suggestions you may have.

Any questions about any of this, please send me an e-mail, purplepeacockjill@gmail.com.

Happy Stitching!
Jill

I really like the idea of a "potluck" exchange!

I think autumn stitch or a Halloween stitch or may be a bird design will be fun too :)

An open round would be nice. Or a round on a broad theme like water, earth, air, fire, snow, rain, sunshine. A hardanger or specialty stitch round could be fun too.

I like C's suggestion of a broad theme of the outdoors.

I would really like to do a "pot-luck" round.

How about a designer specific exchange? You could pick L*K or LHN or lots to chose from :)

I like the broad theme idea. One suggestion, anything stitching related. Or womenfolk -- there are lots of nice patterns with ladies in them.

I like the ideas of:
Open round
STitching related
Designer specific
Nature related

So glad we are doing this again.

Hmmmm I kinda like "nature" or "stitching-related." They seem to call to me.

I'm all for a pot luck or a nature / outdoor related theme

Michele's idea is good too...that we all use the same designer. Prairie Schooler is a good one.
